What mommies do after everyone else has gone to bed.
Though March is when the spring season begins, in the beginning it certainly doesn’t feel like it. Harsh winds keep things just as cold as they were before, and some days are just so dreary that it doesn’t feel like spring.
I always feel like I start off March in a crabby mood, much like this agitated lion. February is always a crazy and hectic month, and March doesn’t really give me a break either.
But in March comes warmer weather, which means I’m finally able to get outside.
March means spring break! (At least, it does for those of us who are students or teachers.)
Easter is in March this year, which means Easter eggs and Sunday best and Peter Rabbit.
Most importantly, March is the time when jobs really start becoming available in the teaching world. My husband will be finishing his graduate program this May, and we’re both eager to settle down and plant some roots into a community.
By the end of this month, I’ll be rejuvenated and revitalized, and peaceful as a lamb.
